We have just launched Air Guitar, a project for Pepsi Brasil which is basically the user controlling an instrument using a webcam. It is motion sensitive - the intensity of what you do in front of the camera will dictate the experience (site in Portuguese).

Sapien was invited to participate in a worldwide conference about technology, design and art: Lift+. It will happen at Geneva, Switzerland (on February 7-8-9, 2007) and will welcome more than 30 international speakers, such as Pierre Chappaz (Netvibes), Nathan Eagle (MIT) and Jan Chipchase (Nokia) . Sapien will be represented by Gustavo Timponi (co-owner and Director) and will present a project that consist of a e-mail message forwarded in a chain of e-mails accounts, creating a infinite loop (soon online).

The swiss agency Bread and Butter and Sapien are working together on another project: an online magazine for the Nestlé (Switzerland) intranet. The objective is to communicate with the Nestlé collaborators using a contemporary, friendly and simple interface. The magazine will offer special features, such as page zoom and search.

San Francisco based agency Volume has invited Sapien to built the Brigde Fund website. The Brigde Fund is a non profit foundation that helps the Tibet population to deal with the pressure of the globalization and economic growing of China. The website will help the Bridge Fund to show their projects to future collaborators and sponsors. Live on the Internet soon.

Sapien has been chosen by the Switzerland Bread And Butter to develop their new website. This project is a beginning of a new partnership abroad.

Sapien is one of the guests of Lift (Tearoom) - a technology and design event that happens on February 2007 in Switzerland.

Sapien has been chosen again to develop the VideoRizoma website for Marcellvs. Marcellvs is an awarded artist that this year is one of the guests of the Bienal de São Paulo.

The design and the programming will be built on a rhizomatic way to allow the users to comment his work using texts, images or videos.
